Returns and Exchange Policy

If you purchased an item from NextSole and you’ve changed your mind or need to swap it for another size, you can return it. Simply send it back with proof of purchase so that we receive it within 30 days of your delivery date and we’ll exchange it or issue a refund to your original payment method.

All items must be unmarked, undamaged, and in their original condition with original packaging intact. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team.

All returns sent via our returns process are at the buyer’s own expense.

For exchanges, the buyer must cover the cost of postage to return the item. We will cover the cost of postage to send the replacement out.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, insoles that have been used, visibly worn, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Refunds

Full-Price Items: Eligible for return.

Sale Items: Eligible for return.

Final Sale Items: Not eligible for return unless faulty.

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

The shipping cost of your original order is excluded from the refund amount.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We do our best to ensure quality control before every dispatch. If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, or faulty, contact our team as soon as possible via Contact Us and we will resolve it promptly.

Notes

  • Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • NextSole is not responsible for any loss or damage of returned items during transit. We recommend using a tracked postage service.
  • The shipping cost of your original order is non-refundable.
